WHAT SHOULD I PACK?

Please use your best judgement when planning for your retreat. All common essentials for lounging, outdoor activities, a cocktail hour ensemble, and any medical essentials or supplements you may need. Please leave valuables at home.

 

WHAT ARE THE SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS?

There are shared accommodations which mean you will be sharing a room, not a bed. Based on what package you purchase you will be sharing a bunkroom or residing in a suite.

WHY IS REGISTRATION NOT IMMEDIATELY ACCEPTED?

It is our goal through the registration process to ensure that everyone on Retreat is friendly, fun and safe. Each registration is thoroughly reviewed and specially selected to   create a harmonious vibe during the Retreat.

WHEN IS PAYMENT DUE?

Payment is due upon registration.

CAN I DRIVE TO THE RETREAT? IS THERE PARKING?

Parking is limited on the grounds, you are encouraged to carpool or get dropped off.

IS CARPOOL AN OPTION?

Carpool is encouraged. We provide the Facebook group as a platform for coordinating rides. 

IS THERE A CANCELLATION POLICY?

There are no Cancellations or refunds.

DO I NEED TO BRING MONEY?

Yes. All meals and onsite activities are included but if you want to enjoy any outside activities or shopping you will need to have some cash.

DO YOU OFFER A PAYMENT PLAN?

We don't offer a payment plan at this time but major credit cards are accepted... AND a retreat can always be gifted so holla at your support!

WHAT IF I NEED TO LEAVE THE RETREAT?

We understand things happen and plans change, if you need to leave the retreat you will be accomodated upon signing a liability release.

CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD?

Yes. All food will be provided but if you have any dietary needs that need special tending, feel free to bring what you must.

WHAT DO THE MEALS INCLUDE?

The retreat menu will vary and include a warm and continental breakfasts, hearty meals, fresh lunch. Snacks & appetizers available midday.  Specify your food allergies and dietary restrictions upon registration.

WHAT IF I HAVE A FOOD ALLERGIES?

Please be mindful of your allergies and alert the concierge of your allergy. Specify what they are in the booking process and we will work with you to assure you are accommodated.

CAN ANYONE COME TO RETREAT YO'SELVES? 

Anyone 21+ looking to have a great experience in nature, connecting with others in a positive environment is welcome to join us.

WHAT IF I WANT TO TRAVEL WITH A GROUP?

We encourage group travel! Book together to save $50 each!

IS SMOKING ALLOWED?

Designated areas will be alotted for smoking. We are 420 friendly =]
